Renovation of an educational facility in Lynchburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project replaces the HVAC units at Bass Elementary School. The projected schedule is for site construction to begin on May 31, 2021 and be substantially completed by July 10, 2021. Refer to the Division 1 Specifications & Drawings for more details. All requests for clarification of or questions regarding this Advertisement for Bids or for additional information must be made in writing to: Melissa Tillman, CPPB, Procurement Division by email to melissa.tillman@lynchburgva.gov and received by 11:00 a.m., September 4, 2020. All posted clarifications or addenda must be acknowledged on the Bid Form. Failure to acknowledge the addenda may deem the bid non-responsive. The Owner reserves the right to cancel the Advertisement for Bids, reject any and all bids, waive any and all informalities, and disregard all conforming, nonconforming, conditional bids or counterproposals.
