Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Robert Dowdle at Robert.Dowdle@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM EST 5 days prior to IFB close. Work Location:Lynchburg City, Campbell, Charlotte Halifax and Pittsylvania Counties SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor(s) shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and incidentals as necessary to provide Electrical services, on a time and materials basis, to the facilities owned and operated by the Virginia Department of Transportation, Lynchburg District. Typical Facilities Where Work Will Be Performed: Facilities where work will be performed shall consist of, but not be limited to, office buildings, equipment storage buildings, equipment shops, material storage buildings, fuel canopies, etc. VDOT reserves the right to add or delete locations within the Residencies and District office listed. See ATTACHMENT H for the list of facilities and locations 2. Examples of Services: Services that may be requested within this solicitation include, but are not limited to furnishing, installing, replacing, repairing, relocating, servicing, maintaining, upgrading: a. Electrical services both overhead and underground. b. Electrical panels to include but not limited to single phase 120/240, 3 phase 120/208, 120/240 c. Power racks to include but not limited to meter base, CT cabinet, TVSS, grounding, etc. d. Circuit breakers e. Building, site, utility, and equipment wiring f. Service outlets and light fixtures g. Motor-operated equipment and control circuits
