Site work for a water / sewer project in Holden, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Heritage Ln Drainage Repairs The Contractor shall perform the Work as set forth in the specifications entitled "Heritage Ln Drainage Repairs" attached hereto. Install approx. 50 feet of straw wattles. Saw cut and expose existing drain manhole in Paugus Road. Remove and Reset Mailbox Remove and dispose of 3 shrubs within the excavation area Remove existing 24 inch CMP and install approximately 200 LF of new 24-inch HDPE drainage pipe into existing manhole in Paugus Road and discharging into rip rap swale at the bottom of the hill Pipe to be bedded and surrounded in 3/4 -inch crushed stone. Gravel backfill shall be used and compacted in lifts of 12 inches max. Install two drain manholes. One to connect existing RCP drainpipe and the second to divert flow into the rip rap swale. Drain manholes shall be complete with invert, frame and cover adjusted to grade. Approximately 25 feet of existing pipe to be abandoned in place. 5 feet of the existing pipe end to be exposed, removed and capped with a masonry plug. Another masonry plug shall be installed at the upper end where existing pipe removal is discontinued. Install rip rap to recreate existing stone swale Repave all areas where pavement was removed within Paugus Road with 2 1/2 inches of binder and 1 1/2 of top. Install screened loam and hydroseed all areas previously established as lawn
