For Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades, Reactive Sand Filtration System, Contract A-20 The work, in general, will include the following schedule of work: - New Reactive Sand Filter with building. - Filtrate pump station. - Repair of existing diffuser piping. - Associated yard piping and site work. - System wide SCADA replacement. Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids may be funded in part by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Clean Water Fund Program.... The contract(s) shall be subject to wage rates established by the Federal Davis-Bacon Act.
