Renovation of a water / sewer project in Colmar, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project generally consists of replacing the oldest section of the Incinerator Building roof at the Hatfield Township Municipal Authority's Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Work will be bid under one prime contract. Hatfield Township Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as well as the right to waive any or all informalities in awarding the contract in the best interest of the Authority. Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Labor and Material Payment Bonds are required per the Bid Documents. This Project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. It is a requirement of this Contract that Bidder shall have a minimum of ten (10) years' experience and at least ten (10) completed projects of similar nature to the Work required by this Project.
