Question Deadline 05/08/2023 at 5:00 PM ET The Project generally consists of construction of an approximately 3,400 square foot addition to the existing Administrative Building, including all necessary civil, structural, architectural, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. The Administrative Building is located at the Hatfield Township Municipal Authority's Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 3200 Advance Lane, Colmar, PA 18915. The Work will be bid under four prime contracts as follows: Contract 1 - General Construction Contract 2 - HVAC Construction Contract 3 - Plumbing Construction Contract 4 - Electrical Construction A Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Labor and Material Payment Bonds are required per the Bid Documents. This Project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders can utilize the PennBid Program without any initial or recurring costs. A fee 0.25% of the bid total, capped at $5,000, is assessed only to the bidder who is awarded the project. It is a requirement of this Contract that Bidder shall have a minimum of ten (10) years' experience and at least ten (10) completed projects of similar nature to the Work required by this Project. Hatfield Township Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as well as the right to waive any or all informalities in awarding the contract in the best interest of the Authority.
