The project shall consist of: Replace and aging and inadequate bridge with a concrete box beam bridge. The DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) contract goals for the amount of work to be awarded for the Ripley County Road U5 Bridge Replacement, is 5% of the total project price. The bidder shall also complete the DBE Identification Submittal forms in accordance with the General Provisions. Missouri Law, 292.675 RSMO, requires any awarded contractor and its subcontractor(s) to provide a ten-hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Construction Safety Program for their on-site employees.
