Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Cleves, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility.

**As of October 30, 2020 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. All questions shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Phone inquiries will not be accepted. No Bid Documents Will Be Mailed And No Paper Documents Will Be Provided. Bid Submission Packets, which include all forms required to be submitted at the time of the bid, are also available at ARC Document Solutions, and will be provided at no cost to legitimate bidders. The Bid Submission Packets MUST be used to submit a bid - bidders shall NOT use sample forms included in the project manual. Bids will be accepted only on forms in the Bid Submission Packet. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on public improvements in Hamilton County, Ohio, as ascertained by the Department of Industrial Relations, State of Ohio. Bidders must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, handicap, age or ancestry. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder. Ohio products, materials, services and labor must be used to the extent practicable. The total price, the ability to meet all specifications along with other factors set forth in the bid document will be taken into consideration in determining which bid is the lowest and best.
