Court Street, Room 507 Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 Email: purchasing@hamiltoncountyohio.gov The Contractor shall perform the following work at 6950 Ripple Road, Cleves, Ohio 45002: _ Excavation to the proposed slab grade, followed by forming and pouring the footings as specified in the sealed plans, referenced in Exhibit B. _ Upon completion of the footings, the Contractor shall form and pour the foundation in accordance with the same sealed plans. _ After the foundation has been poured, the Contractor shall backfill the footing and foundation trench to the proposed grade. Final grading shall be completed in accordance with the additional detail sheet, which includes the final grading plan shown in Exhibit A. _ All work shall be performed in compliance with applicable codes, standards and specifications. _ Contractor must agree to terms and conditions in the Sample Contract, Exhibit C.
