Question Deadline 09/22/2025 at 3:00 PM ET All Questions regarding the bid or plans shall be directed to the township at jim.brett@miamitwonship.org The request is to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and permitting for the construction of a park expansion located at 4201 East Miami River Road, Cleves, Ohio 45002. The owner requests this work to be substantially completed by December 12111, 2025, with a 100% completion on July 1 st, 2026. All work is to conform to the plans provided, current Hamilton C0tmty Regulations and State of Ohio Department of Transp01iation Construction and Materials Specifications with supplements and chai1ges thereto. Each proposal must be accompanied by a one hundred percent bid guarantee bond or a ce1iified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit on a solvent bai1k in an amount equal to ten percent of the bid, conditioned that the bidder shall, if its bid is accepted, execute a contract in conformity to the invitation and its bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Corporate Surety Company Bond in a sum equal to one hundred percent of the total bid price, in accordai1ce with O.R.C. Section 153.54 ai1d in the forms proscribed in O.R.C. Sections 153.57 and 153.571. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment oppo1iunity requirements. Bidders must comply with the prevailing Wage Rate for Public Improvements in Hamilton County. The Trustees of Miami Township, Hamilton County, Ohio, reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid received and to conduct such investigation as necessary to dete1111ine the responsibility of ai1y bidder.
