Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Columbia Falls, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Schedule A: The work generally consists of site work and paving for the installation of additional parking spaces and an owner provided precast restroom structure and the installation of water and sewer utilities including an owner provided package grinder lift station for the restroom facility at River's Edge Park. This work will be completed pursuant to a MT Department of Commerce Tourism Grant. Schedule B: The work generally consists of the improvement and construction of approximately 1 mile of paved and gravel trails at River's Edge Park pursuant to a federal Recreational Trails Program grant awarded through Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks. All work must be accepted and finally complete no later than February 28, 2021. Additional schedule provisions apply as described in the contract documents. Each Bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond payable to the City of Columbia Falls, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful Bidders shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful Bidder and a certificate of that insurance shall be provided. Contractor and any of the contractor's subcontractors bidding or doing work on this project will be required to be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). All laborers and mechanics employed by contractor or subcontractors in performance of the construction work shall be paid wages at rates according to the current Montana Prevailing Wage Rates.
