Renovation of a medical facility in Orofino, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. The work shall include labor and materials required to remove and replace 419 existing fire sprinkler heads/escutcheons with new fire sprinkler heads/escutcheons throughout the facility. The existing FS heads are Starr Model Qr-Q 155 degree heads and escutcheons. Install new Tyco Ty3531 RFII 155 degree qr concealed heads with white escutcheons. Provide twelve (12) spare heads and escutcheons as attic stock for the facility. All installations will be per Idaho State Fire Marshall requirements. Work schedule and access are to be coordinated directly with the facility and the Division of Public Works. Provide a 'per head' unit cost for the removal/replacement of additional fire sprinkler heads. The existing fire sprinkler head locations are shown on the attached Fire Sprinkler Head Locations Diagram 'DIA-01'.
