Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Orofino, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a medical facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include installation of new and repair of existing concrete items in various locations on the campus of State Hospital North. These items include a new exterior concrete ramp, sidewalk and stairs in the median of N. Hospital Drive, a new sidewalk in the hospital courtyard, and a new concrete slab just to the south of the supply building. Repair items include replacement of sections of heaved and settled sidewalk along the west side of the hospital and rock embankment along the south driveway to replace failing stacked basalt retaining wall.
