A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: 1. Modifications to doors throughout the facility with anti-ligature door hardware. 2. The removal of existing door hinges and replacement with continuous anti-ligature door hinges. (67 doors) 3. The replacement of bathroom doors and other doors without line-of-sight to the nurse's station with the new Anti-Ligature Door System. (51 doors) 4. The addition of an anti-ligature door closure on one door.
