Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bristol, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The Bristol Virginia School Board (the Board) invites bids from qualified vendors for skylight replacement for the swimming pool wing at Virginia High School. Any question, for which the answer would affect price or delivery of services, must be submitted in writing by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2020. Questions should be e-mailed to Meghan Mangrum at mmangrum@bvps.org. No changes resulting in questions are official unless issued in writing in the form of an addendum. The individual named above is the sole contact for any and all inquiries after this IFB has been released. The Bristol Virginia School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to contract as the best interest of the Bristol Virginia Public School System may require. Work Included: All wood framing, blocking and nailers, nails, bolts, screws, framing anchors and other rough hardware, and all other items needed for rough and finished carpentry in this work but not specifically described in other sections of these specifications.
