The City of Panama City Beach Fire Rescue hereby advertises for the proposed purchase of one (1) Air Compressor, Fill Station and Storage System for the Panama City Beach Fire Rescue Department. The breathing air station shall be comprised in part, of a high pressure compressor and purification system, storage system, cascade fill control panel and containment fill station and shall strictly adhere to the following specifications: Meet ISO 9000:2015 6000 PSI Service Appliance Like Enclosure complete with Sound Attenuation Continuous Duty Operations between 40 and 115 degrees F Charging Rate SCFM 18.0 HP 15 RPM 1325 Air Processing Capability 150,000 cu ft Automatic Condensation Drain System 24 Volt DC Control Power in accordance with UL 508A Compressor Control Panel UL Electrical Panel 12 Human Machine Interface with multi-color screen Emergency Stop Button Real Time Clock, Digital Display of Compressor Oil Pressure and Final Pressure High Temp Shit down Alarm CO Monitor and Alarm functions Maintenance Timer Recoverable Run history Remote Support Communications Control VIA 4g broadband Cellular Each wire shall be encapsulated with a flexible braided cover. Each wire end connection shall be machine crimped and numbered. Purification System meets or exceeds ANSA/CGA G-7.1 Commodity Specification for Air Grade E 3 SCBA Fill Statins for SCBA 4 DOT Air Storage Tanks at 6000 PSI Each with capacity of 491 cut Ft at 6000 PSI Delivery and Installation Training on Operation of Unit The City reserves the right to (1) reject any and all Proposals, (2) to waive any informality in bids received, or (3) to award the contract to a bidder other than the highest bidder should it find that the highest bidder does not offer the reliability, quality of service or product afforded by such other bidder. Where a bid other than the highest bid is taken, the City Council will state the reasons upon which such award was made.
