This project will be a renovation of an existing structure built in 1975 for West Virginia University. Scope is to include power distribution, lighting, low voltage, access control, and fire alarm. Scope includes furnishing dumpsters for, transportation of, and proper disposal of debris. This bid package must include all frames, glazing, and hardware for the storefront.
