The Construction Manager may be required to complete portions of the construction on an occupied campus as directed by the Owner. The Construction Manager shall provide deferred maintenance, renovations and repairs to school facilities which may include, but not limited to, ADA and CSIR compliance requirements, replacement of exterior doors and windows, roof repair, upgrades to the intercom/sound system, security system, fire alarm system, HVAC system, lighting replacement (interior and exterior), paving and play court resurfacing, marquees and scoreboards, plumbing work, bathroom replacements, ceiling and flooring replacements, interior finishes/painting/casework, and other Work as may be required by the Owner. Construction shall incorporate all of the requirements set forth in the permitted Construction Documents, School District of Palm Beach County Master Specifications, District Design Criteria, State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) 2014, Florida Administrative Code (FAC) and Florida Building Code. The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall carry out the construction in accordance with the requirements stated on Department of Education's SREF 2014 and FAC Chapter 6A-2.
