Remodeling of a municipal facility in Forest Grove, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 10,680-square-foot municipal facility.
As of October 7, 2022 an architect design team has been selected and construction is underway. Estimated completion Spring 2023. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. City of Forest Grove ("City") is requesting proposals from qualified design firms (Consultant) in providing architectural and related design and engineering services for a new Development Services Annex to replace an existing 3,600 square-foot Engineering Office and a remodel of the interior of a 7,080 square-foot City Hall. To be considered, interested parties must submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP will be used to select the consultant to provide professional architectural and related design review services for construction of the above facilities. Responses to this RFP will be reviewed, scored, and ranked according to the criteria and process defined in the RFP. The consultant selected for contract will be the firm selected as the most qualified through the evaluation process. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements and other applicable law, and may reject any or all proposals in whole or in part when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the City.
