Demolition and site work for a residential development in Sunbury, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Sealed Bids should be dropped in the mail slot next to the front door of the office, they will be opened in the presence of witnesses inside the office and posted in the window for viewing. The work includes but is not limited to, the demolition, site clearing, proper disposal, backfilling and site restoration for the residential building located at 3144 Snydertown Road, Snydertown, PA. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Housing Authority of Northumberland County (HANC) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality or bidding irregularities, to delete or reduce any bid item, and to award the contract as may be deemed to be in their best interest. No Bidder may withdraw his, her or their bid within sixty (60) days after the actual opening thereof. The Bidder's attention is called to the fact that this contract is subject to all applicable provisions of the State Prevailing Wage Act only if the bid amount is over $25,000. The applicable wage determinations are included in the contract documents.
