Site work and paving for a civil project in High Ridge, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and bridge / tunnel.
The proposed work includes: adding safety improvements to Hunning Road from Elizabeth Lane to north of Acres Industrial Drive. The safety improvements consist of adding 4 shouldets with rumble strips on the edges and the center stripe, in addition to enhanced warning signs, new striping, and guardrail as warranted. Hunning Road will be changed vertically and horizontally for the safety of motorists which will require new ditching and replacement of a box culvert. The contractor shall have until September 1, 2025 to complete the project and within 55 working days after the Work commences. All bidders must be on MoDOT's Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2024 Edition. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. A certificate of insurance shall be submitted with each proposal. The DBE goal for this project is 8% No 2nd tier subcontracting will be allowed on this project..
