Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in High Ridge, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The proposed work includes adding a two way left turn lane (TWLTL) throughout the project limits for motorists turning into the neighboring subdivisions and school entrances. The new roadway will incorporate adding a 10 shared use base on the East side of the roadway that incorporates a red stamped concrete buffer, along with street scape lighting throughout the project limits. The project includes modular block retaining walls, underground storm sewers, pedestrian fencing, concrete and asphalt paved approaches, crack sealing, concrete base repairs, an Ultra-thin Bonded Wearing Surface, and pavement markings throughout the project limits. The total project limits are 5,040 Feet or 0.95 Miles. The contractor shall have a maximum of One Hundred Forty-Five (145) Working days to complete the project, or a completion date of September 1st, 2026 - whichever shall occur first. All bidders must be on MoDOT's Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2024 Edition. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. A certificate of insurance shall be submitted with each proposal. The DBE goal for this project is 8 % MODOT - Gravois Rd / Northwest School MBE (14.7%), WBE (6.9%), DBE (8%)
