Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hutto, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 13,000-square-foot, two-story above grade transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

This project consists of complete new construction including, but not limited to, the following: concrete, sealed concrete finishing, masonry, metals, specialty railings, rough carpentry, millwork and finished carpentry, thermal and moisture protection, hollow metal doors and frames, wood veneer doors, door hardware, aluminum counter shutters and sectional doors, aluminum entrances and storefronts, gypsum board and ceiling assemblies, FRP panels, flooring and accessories, presentation dry-erase wall coverings, painting and finishing, miscellaneous specialties and equipment, roller window shades, PLAM-casework, pre-engineered metal building system, elevator, fire sprinkler system, plumbing, HVAC/mechanical, electrical, special systems (Div. 27 and 28), earthwork, erosion controls, paving, landscaping, fencing, site utilities, and various exterior improvements. Please note, this project requests twelve (12) Bid Alternates. These bid alternates can be found on the attached Proposal Form as well as in Specification Section 01 23 00 - Alternates. In addition to these schedules Bid Alternates, we request any and all voluntary alternates you would like to present for your respective scope of work. Product substitutions will be submitted and reviewed by the architect and their design consultants for final approval. This projects Substitution Request Form can be found in Specification Section 01 25 13 - Product Substitution Procedures. This Substitution Request Form, along with all back-up documentation listed, must be submitted in its entirety. We are now accepting pre-bid questions. Please send all pre-bid questions in writing via email to the project estimator as soon as possible. Addenda will be issued at intermediate set points between now and bid day (10/14/2020).
