Site work for a water / sewer project in Hutto, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project requires qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform water utility meter change-outs throughout the City. The contractor is responsible for removing existing water meters (sizes 5/8" and 3/4"), installing new meters provided by the city, verifying correct meter operation and leak detection, recording meter serial numbers and GPS locations, coordinating with the City's Utility Billing Department for customer account updates, providing all traffic control and safety procedures, restoring disturbed areas such as landscaping, pavement, and curbs, properly disposing of removed meters as directed by the City, and adhering to OSHA, TCEQ, and City safety standards. Proposals will only be considered from business entities able to complete the project under all applicable federal, state, and local rules, laws, regulations, and terms and conditions listed. Respondents must execute all required forms and complete all checklist items to be considered for the award.
