As of March 11, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 12, 2026. Improvements consist of roadway and drainage improvements at the intersection of CR 137 at FM 1660 and along CR 137. Intersection improvements include the construction of a roundabout and adding lanes for turning movements. Improvements along CR 137 include approximately 0.82miles of roadway widening, curb and gutter, pedestrian improvements, drainage improvements, and the addition of a center turn lane from north of Brushy Creek to FM1660. Improvements along FM 1660 include approximately0.04 miles of roadway widening, curb and gutter, pedestrian improvements, drainage improvements, and the addition of a two-lane spiral roundabout at the intersection. Each PROPOSAL must be accompanied by Proposal Security made payable to OWNER in an amount of five percent(5%) of PROPOSER's total amount Proposal and in the form of a certified or cashier's check or a Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions.
