This deadline has been established in order to provide adequate time for City staff to prepare responses to questions from Proposers to the best of their ability. Proposers shall not attempt to contact City Council members, City staff or Management directly during the pre-proposal or post-proposal period. The City intends to respond to all appropriate questions or concerns; however, the City reserves the right to decline to respond to any question or concern. All material modifications, clarifications or interpretations will be incorporated into an addendum which will be publically posted. All addenda issued prior to the due date and time for responses are incorporated into the RFQ and must be acknowledged in the SOQ response. Only written information provided shall be binding.
