Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in South Padre Island, Texas. Completed plans call civil work for a dam / floodwall.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: DESIGN BUILD & REPLACE SANITARY SWEWER AND DRAIN WASTE AND VENT SYSTEMS AT ALL PURPOSE BUILDING (APB): Design Build scope includes replacement of all DWV (drain waste and vent) lines and supports below the 2nd floor all the way down to the 6" underground sanitary sewer main between manholes A and 1. New lines to be cast iron with epoxy coat and liner underground. Above ground will be 40 PVC DWV pipe with solvent weld fittings. Design and Construction schedule is 210 days from NTP.
