Proposal Package 4B Dam Site Paving and CR2715 PavingFlexbase roadways, subgrade preparation, asphalt paving, miscellaneous drainage, guard posts, and additional items as identified in the package documents. You agree to furnish, install and deliver all equipment, material, labor, supervision and insurance for the CR2700 Improvements Construction Package at the above mentioned jobsite per plans and specifications for the North Texas Municipal Water District, Subcontractor shall perform all work and shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, layout, hoisting, tools, equipment, supplies, shop drawings, samples, bonds, insurance and all other things necessary for the construction and completion of the work described above and work incidental thereto (collectively, the "Subcontractor's Work"), in strict accordance and full compliance with the Contract Documents (the "Contract Documents" consist of this Agreement, the Prime Contract between the Owner and Contractor ("Prime Contract"), and all conditions, requirements, specifications, drawings, and addendum thereto (collectively the "Prime Contract Documents"), and all modifications to any of the Contract Documents). This Agreement is contingent upon the Contractor entering into the Prime Contract with the Owner and contingent upon the Owner's approval and acceptance of the Subcontractor. Subcontractor is not authorized to perform any Work under this Agreement until Contractor enters into a Prime Contract with Owner and any work performed or preparations to perform work by Subcontractor prior to such time shall be at the sole expense of Subcontractor.
