Renovation of a municipal facility in Port St Joe, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bid shall be for the removal and replacement of beadboard; applying closed cell insulation of interior walls; replace window and interior trim; repair wood floors; elimination of bathroom and revise walls in upstairs bathroom; creation of archway between two rooms downstairs; prime and apply two coats of paint to interior; replace aluminum roof of oil shed, and the repair / replacement of Air Conditioning Units and Duct Work. The facility is located at 200 Miss Zolas Drive, Port St. Joe, FL 32456. The Eglin House is located next to Miss Zola Drive. The City of Port St. Joe reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Statements of Bids in whole or in part, to waive informalities in the process, to obtain new Statements of Bids, or to postpone the opening pursuant to the City's purchasing policies. Each Statement of Bid shall be valid to the City of Port St. Joe for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening.
