Renovation of a transportation facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
As of December 7,2020 the project to Under construction and it was awarded to American Contracting amount of $88,120.00. There is one addendum on the project, please see the owner for more information. The scope of work consist of renovating the inside space at the Downtown Transit Center to convert an existing storage space into two (2) individual ADA staff restrooms. This scope involves installing temp barricades and enclosure to safe off the area, then removing existing walls and finishes. New work includes framing new walls, mechanical electrical, plumbing and fire sprinkler work to tie into existing infrastructure and build out new restrooms with drywall and tile finishes. Work includes all trades and materials to complete the demolition and new finishes as outlined in the bid documents provided by Farnsworth Group.
