Question Acceptance Deadline 12/12/2022 12:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain recreation ideas/options/concepts for both Carter Lake and Horsetooth Reservoir. Carter Lake and Horsetooth Reservoir each currently have License for Marina Operations in place with two (2) different providers, please see Exhibit A - License for Marina Operations-Carter Lake and Exhibit B - License for Marina Operations-Horsetooth Reservoir. Each exhibit provides site description, provider roles and responsibilities, operations, processes and procedures, safety, and etc. The goal of this RFI is to solicit input on recreation ideas/concepts for both of these locations. As stated, both locations have a marina and concessions contract in place now; however, we are looking for ideas to assist in determining the best use and/or if there are recommended improvements to the existing operations.
