St. Johns County, FL is soliciting responses for RFP No: 21-32; Historic Properties Survey for Hastings, Florida. Interested and qualified respondents may submit RFP Packages, according to the requirements described herein, to the St. Johns County Purchasing Department St. Johns County, Florida is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to conduct a Historic Properties Survey of Hastings, Florida. The services being sought are to conduct a historic resources survey of Hastings, resulting in a final survey report, updating existing Florida Master Site File (FMSF) forms, and completing new FMSF Forms, for a minimum of sixty-two (62) existing structures and a minimum of two hundred forty-five (245) newly recorded structures. The final survey report and updating and creation of new FMSF forms shall be in compliance with the Grant Award Agreement and Chapter 1A-46, Florida Administrative Code, provided in accordance with the specifications provided herein. According to SJC Policy, any such communication shall result in disqualification from consideration for award of a contract for these services. The St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor formalities or award to/negotiate with the Consultant(s) whose proposal best serves the interest of St. Johns County.
