Contractor shall provide modernization of existing elevator cabs 540 and 541 at 456 Landfair. Modernization work shall include upgrading the following: 1. Hydraulic Systems. 2. Elevator mechanical, communication, and electrical systems. 3. Car opening panel (COP) and hall lanterns. 4. Battery lowering. Existing cab flooring and overhead lighting shall remain. The sites shall remain occupied throughout construction. Only one elevator cab shall be out of service at a time. Contractor shall complete all Modernization work on a single elevator cab, including scheduling and passing State Inspections, and placing elevator cab back in full operation prior to commencement of work on a second elevator cab. Contractor shall pay all cost associated with all State Inspections.
