Renovation of a municipal facility in Gonzales, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project consists of removal and disposal of existing spray insulation and installation of new closed cell spray insulations . The Ascension Parish shall not be responsible if the bidder cannot complete and submit a bid due to failure or incomplete delivery of the files submitted via the electronically. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Total Bid must accompany each Bid, and shall be made payable to the Owner. All questions regarding this project and the bid package shall be submitted to the Purchasing Department via purchasing@apgov.us by 10:00 am on Thursday, October 29, 2020. Responses will be coordinated with the Project Engineer and posted Electronically by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. All Bids must be in accordance with the Contract Documents on file at theAscension Parish Purchasing Department, 615 E. Worthey, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737. The Parish of Ascension reserves the right to disqualify any Bid, response to a Request for Qualifications, or Request for Proposals if it is determined that the submitting business entity is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State or is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana. Ascension Parish Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
