Renovation of an educational facility in Twin Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Modernization of the existing Elevator No.2, a 2-Stop hydraulic elevator with front and rear openings including new power unit, controller, car operating panel, door operators and other related elevator, mechanical, electrical and fire alarm work. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work Estimated Cost: $120,000 substantially complete the Project within One Hundred Thirty-Three (133) consecutive calendar days Furnish all engineering, materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, testing and inspections necessary to modernize one (1) hydraulic passenger elevator, Car 2 at The Taylor Building, CSI, Twin Falls, Idaho, as specified herein. In addition, perform full coverage preventive maintenance service for the elevator commencing upon substantial completion of the project for 12 months in conjunction with the 12-month warranty/guarantee period. Current service provider will continue servicing the elevator until it is removed from service to start the modernization. The scope of this project is to construct a complete electrical system for the CSI Elevator. Each area shall be developed electrically to give proper illumination, power utilization, auxiliary networks, etc. When the project is complete all systems integrate into a total electrical network making the building a usable facility. Project Location 315 Falls Avenue, Twin Falls, ID 83301. Modernization of the existing Elevator No.2, a 2-Stop hydraulic elevator with front and rear openings including new power unit, controller, car operating panel, door operators and other related elevator, mechanical, electrical and fire alarm work.
