This Project Consists of Lane Widening for the Northwest and Northeast Ramps of the Exit 73 Interchange With Additional Improvements to the Existing Traffic Signal System and Interchange Street Lighting. Work Consist of Grading, Curb & Gutter, Storm Sewer, Pcc Pavement, Sidewalks, Pavement Markings, Traffic Signals, Street Lighting, and Permanent Signing. This Project Will Be Adjacent to the City of Tea's Gateway Boulevard (Cr106) Phase 2 Improvement Project and Must Be Bid Together. If Bidding $250,000 or More, Bidders Must Be Prequalified for: Work Type 2 (Minor Grading) or Work Type 3 (Portland Cement Concrete Paving). Each Bid for This Project Must Be Accompanied by a Guaranty in the Amount of 5% of the Total Amount Bid. If an Electronic Bid Bond is Used, the Bidder is Required to Submit the Bid Bond Identification Number With the Bid Proposal. The Bid Proposal Guaranty Must Be Made Payable to the Sddot. The Bidder to Whom the Contract is Awarded Will Be Required to Furnish a Contract Performance Bond to the Owner in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Award.
