Renovation of a municipal facility in Eagle Pass, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Eagle Pass (CITY) is soliciting this request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) from General Contractors (GC) for the Riskind Building Rehabilitation Project (RFP#2022-019). Scope of project includes construction and rehabilitation of the Riskind Building located at 364 Main St., Eagle Pass, TX 78852. The estimated completion date of this Project is ten (10) months from the date of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed under the Contract for Work. The CITY shall select the Offeror that submits the proposal that offers the best value for the governmental entity based on: (1) the selection criteria in this request for proposal and the weighted value for those criteria in this request for proposal; and (2) its ranking evaluation. The CITY reserves the right to negotiate with all licensed individuals or companies that submit proposals in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
