Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Shafter, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Contract-ii: site improvements for bleachers, field lighting, track, modular ticket-booths/restrooms & scoreboardall labor, materials & equipment required to provide site improvements for home & visitor bleachers to include, but not necessarily limited to demo of (e) bleachers), chain link fencing, concrete (u.N.O.), ac paving, site utilities, etc; and to provide & install all earthwork u.N.O., see contract-I grading & drainage system, a.C. & conc. Paving, footings & curbs, stadium lighting and electrical system, coordinate & assist with the installation of the bleachers, see contract -1; convert (e) 400y dirt track to 400m synthetic surface o / ac paving, that includes but not necessarily limited to the demo of (e) track, conc. Curbs, drains, irrigation & turf, install slot channel trench drains, curbs, dry-wells, regrade track & field perim. Install paving & track, track markings, fencing, etc, modify irrigation and hydroseed field per spec.S flush with drains. Provide & install conc. Ftg.S, stem walls & rat-slab and u.G. Utilities and connect the utilities to the modular ticket/restroom bldg., coordinate & assist with installation of the modular ticket/ restroom. Bldg.,see contract-ill to ensure a functional & fully operational building; provide and install u,g utilities stubbed out for a future modular concessions bldg, north of (e) rr bldg.; all labor, material & equipment required to demo existing and provide and install the scoreboard, columns, footings & connect to power & data as required.
