Site work for a civil project in Bonner Springs, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City plans to select a qualified Design/Build Team to define scope, develop design documents, estimate costs, evaluate means and methods, sequence construction, schedule and construct improvements. Following the completion of scope definition and concept design, the City expects to negotiate a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) contract with the Design/Build Team for construction improvements. If negotiations cannot be successfully completed, the City will negotiate with the next highest Design/Build Team or bid the work in the conventional manner.
