Site work and renovation of a civil project in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Bidders eligible to submit Bids for this Request for Tenders have been previously selected through the process of a Request for Prequalifications, issued under Contract C14-14-22. The scope of Work consists of but is not limited to the following: - Manufacturing, delivery, installation, connection and/or in-situ construction of new structures, sewers and other features as noted on the contract drawings, including backfill, compaction and restoration of surfaces to existing conditions. - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of all other site works including removal, clearing and grubbing, grading, excavation, backfill, roadway, landscaping, signage, concrete work and other site features as shown on the contract drawings and specified herein. - Design and implementation of traffic control measures, temporary detours, pedestrian control measures and associated removals, new works and reinstatement to accommodate the works. - Connection and tie-in of the new equipment systems and utility services to the existing systems. - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of bending weirs, slide or sluice gates and motorized actuators including stem, stem supports and associated mounting assembly at locations indicated on the contract drawings. - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of control panels as indicated on the contract drawings complete with SCADA connectivity. - Supply, install, calibrate, test and commission all mechanical, process, electrical, communication and instrumentation equipment, control systems, cables, wires, duct banks and associated appurtenances shown on the drawings and specified herein to meet functional and operational requirements. The value of this project is estimated to be between $4,500,000 and $5,000,000.
