Remodel Fire Station No. 16 located at 3600 13th Avenue. In general, the scope of work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of approximately 1,300 sf existing dormitory and restroom/shower areas; construction of new dormitories, retroom/shower, path of travel, parking re-striping, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other work shown in the plans and specifications. The building permit has been paid for by the City; all other required permits/approvals (MEP, PSL/EBMUD, etc.) shall be obtained by the contractor. The contractor shall be required to submit a satisfactory Waste Reduction and Recycling Plan, as part of the final step to the Building Permit plan check.
