Site work for a water / sewer project in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This project includes installation of approximately 1,200 feet of RCP/PVC storm sewer, 8 storm manholes, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project. LOCATION OF WORK: This project is located in the Village of Glen Ellyn, DuPage County, Illinois. Work will be completed within the areas depicted in the project engineering drawing General questions about the project can be addressed via email to Tom Topor, Glen Ellyn Senior Civil Engineer at ttopor@glenellyn.org. Timely performance of all work is of the essence to this contract. All work within the project limits shall be completed within 30 calendar days from the day of start of construction and shall be substantially completed by April 15, 2021. Substantial completion shall mean all work including all stabilizing work but excluding full turf restoration. All work, including turf restoration shall be complete by Final Completion date of April 30, 2021.
