The scope of work is generally described as: Installation of AC paving and gravel pad the District Biogas Energy Recovery System Facility and Reclamation Maintenance Shop. Alternate Bid Items: AC paving repairs and 2 AC overlay at the Reclamation Parking Lot. Questions regarding the bid package should be directed in writing as soon as possible (but no later than five (5) working days prior to the opening of bids to: Irene Huang, PE at ihuang@lgvsd.org or 415-472-1734. Where appropriate, the District may respond to such questions by addenda transmitted to all bid package recipients The Project Contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, labor and material necessary to perform and complete in a good and workmanlike manner the construction of the MISCELLANEOUS PAVING 2020 Project as shown in the Project Technical Specifications and Drawings and in accordance with the Contract Documents within 30 calendar days of the Project commencement date specified in the Notice to Proceed for the Project. The Engineers estimate is $100,000. Faithful Performance Bond in an amount not less than 100% of the amount of the contract. Labor and Material Bond in the sum of not less than 100% of the amount of the contract.
