Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lake Worth, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of 02/02/2021, this project has not been awarded yet. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and material for the Vacuum Pump Station No. 1 Improvements as described by the Drawings and Specifications. Generally, the work includes demolition, construction of new access structure, yard piping relocation, removal and replacement of vacuum pumps, new standby generator, and all other incidentals as indicated by the drawings and specifications or as required to properly complete the project as planned. Late proposals will not be accepted, whether by mail or otherwise. Proposals will be returned unopened. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to ensure all pages are included in the submission. All Proposers are advised to closely examine the request for Proposals documents. Sealed Proposals must be marked "ITB #2020B-008, VACUUM PUMP STATION NO. 1 IMPROVEMENTS. The Village of Palm Springs will provide for public participation using Gotowebinar.com, a communication media technology (teleconference) for the non-mandatory Pre-bid conference and Bid Opening. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Alternatively, printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from Eckler Engineering, Inc. either via in-person pick-up or via mail, upon receipt of payment for the Bidding Documents. The non-refundable cost of printed Bidding Documents is $65.00 per full size drawing set and specification book or $45.00 per half size drawing set and specification book, payable to Eckler Engineering, Inc. Any questions regarding the specifications and Solicitation process must be submitted in writing to the Village Clerk at kwynn@vpsfl.org, Questions and requests for clarification and additional information must be received prior to the Deadline for Submission of Questions on December 7, 2020, at 5:00 PM local time.
