Modernization of 3 Buildings including HVAC, Fire Alarm, ADA & Restroom Upgrades DSA File No. 27-49 Scope of work includes modernization of portions of an Elementary School Campus for the San Ardo Union Elementary School District. This to included ADA upgrades throughout the campus, Fire Alarm Upgrade throughout the campus, Modernization of portion of 3 Buildings, Restroom & HVAC Upgrades. The duration for the project is approximately 9 months. A positive response to this Invitation will insure that you will be notified of all Addenda. Please check this site on a regular basis to see if any changes have been made. NOTE: Performance and Payment bonds may be required if bid amount is greater than $150,000 and for all subcontractors. The bond must be from a company rated "A VII" or above by AM Best. The cost of the bond (Percentage)must be noted on your bid. This project is using state bond funds and is therefore subject to labor compliance monitoring and investigative activities by the Compliance Monitoring Unit (CMU) of the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, Department of Industrial Relations of the State of California (DIR), in conformance with Labor Code Sections 1771.55 and 1771.75, and subchapter 4.5 (Commencing with section 16450) of title 8 of the California Code of Regulations. In bidding on this project, it shall be the Bidder's sole responsibility to evaluate and include the cost of complying with all labor compliance requirements under this contract and applicable law in its bid.
