Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construction Services for the Project will consist of: roadway and sidewalk construction, street tree installation, sidewalk furnishing, pavement markings, street signage, and utility work for on portions of Vallar Road and Faywood Avenue, existing Public Ways in East Boston. Utility work for the Project includes: installation of a new water main and abandonment of the existing in place, street lighting, grounding overhead utilities including electrical and telecommunications, and installing building utility services lateral stubs for future connections.
