QUESTIONS DUE: Monday, December 14, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. Contract Award: January 8, 2020 Contract Protest Period Ends: January 15, 2020 Notice to Proceed: January 22, 2020 The C-TRAN VINE stop at General Anderson East Bound sustained double rail damage due to a vehicle accident. The accident damaged the East front and back rails. The front rail has been removed. The back rail has been caution taped off and has two working lights on the rail. The concrete has been damaged where the front and back rail mount. The scope of work is to get the stop back to as-built condition. C-TRAN, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel this invitation or reject any and all bids submitted or to waive any minor formalities if the best interests of C-TRAN would be served. The Contract will be awarded to the Bidder submitting the lowest total price meeting C-TRAN specifications. The Bidder shall also be deemed responsive and responsible. If the lowest Bidder is found to be non- responsive or non-responsible, its bid will be rejected, and the next lowest Bidder will be evaluated for responsiveness and responsibility. A bid bond or certified check payable to C-TRAN in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid.
