REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Northern Nye County Hospital District (NNCHD) in Tonopah, Nevada invites 'Criteria Architect for Design Build Services' firms with experience in hospital planning leading to construction (utilizing a Design-Build format) to submit qualifications for a potential green field hospital design build project in the 35,000 square foot range under consideration by the Northern Nye County Hospital District. Selection of finalists will involve a point driven evaluation of each firm's qualifications and shall include a review of recent criteria document development experience, references, licensure, and other relevant factors. Firms contacting healthcare or county personnel or members of the NNCHD Board directly during this competitive process outside the specific process described here-in shall be disqualified. Nye County Hospital District may choose to reject any and all submittals delivered for this invitation for any reason.
