The Town ofTonopah is seeking sealed statements of qualifications from qualified firms currently licensed in the State of Nevada to perform a Preliminary Architectural Report for the following It is the intent of this Request for Qualifications to select a qualified firm to: Preparation of Specifications-Design of a 120' x 50' prefabricated metal building on a concrete slab on grade. Layout to include partition walls, plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, lighting, fire sprinkler, doors, fixtures, flooring and ceiling. Also included will be bid document preparation and construction administration, resident inspection for the project. Design shall conform to all Building Codes UBC Plumbing and Electrical.
