New construction of a municipal facility in Cartersville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 15,500-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
The Project consists of the construction of an approximately 15, 500 s.f., One-Office facility with a two-bay apparatus bay. The structure utilizes a Pre-Engineered Metal Structure. The complete construction is outlined in the Construction Documents and the Project Manual, dated April 1, 2014 as prepared by CARTER WATKINS ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS, INC. Contracting shall be by means of a General Contractor for Construction between one General Contractor and the Bartow County Government. This Project occurs adjacent another on-going project and General Contractors are to coordinate all construction activities as to not interfere with either project. Notify Architect and Owner of any conflicts. Claims for Delays arising from adjacent project will be handled per Contract. Project Location: Cartersville, GA
